Our 2019/20 Centennial Season has come to a close. Like many organizations we have been working through changes and the disappointments of cancelled events due to the COVID-19 public health situation. As we look to next season, we are planning creative and new ways to carry out our mission. Whether our patrons are at home, in smaller groups or different settings, we'll be finding ways to Bring Great Music to Life. We hope you'll stay connected! Cheers to 40 Years: This concert was to be performed on March 14, was rescheduled to June 20, and has now been officially cancelled. If you have tickets to this concert, please email or call us to let us know how you would like us to process your ticket return:
We can process your ticket return in the following ways:
TICKET DONATION: Please consider returning your tickets as a donation. This is a small way to have a big impact! It helps provide financial stability to Rochester Symphony during this uncertain time. You will receive an acknowledgement for a donation to Rochester Symphony in the amount of your ticket value. Thank you for considering this option!
VOUCHER: You can request a voucher for use at any concert or toward a ticket subscription next season.
REFUND: If you purchased your ticket individually and not part of a subscription, you may request a refund. You will receive a check in the mail in the amount you paid for your tickets.
The Spirit of Us: This concert was scheduled for April 25 & 26 and cancelled. If you have tickets to this concert and have not yet notified us of how you'd like your ticket return to be processed, please do so by June 20.
